Founded by Jez Dyer and Justin Wheatley, JJ2 Consulting have almost 30 years' contracting experience and over 10 years' consultancy experience.  Having delivered major projects from 'both sides of the fence' gives JJ2 Consulting a unique insight to what drives a successful project.

 

The JJ2 Project & Cost Management team offers expert and independent advice and support, providing leadership, direction and management throughout all stages of a construction project.

 

This leadership can be provided from the very inception of a project through the feasibility, design, construction and handover phases.
