Founded by Jez Dyer and Justin Wheatley, who between them have almost 30 years' contracting experience and over 10 years' consultancy experience.  Having delivered major projects from 'both sides of the fence' gives JJ2 Consulting a unique insight to what drives a successful project.

 

The JJ2 Project & Cost Management team offers expert and independent advice and support, providing leadership, direction and management throughout all stages of a construction project.

 

This leadership can be provided from the very inception of a project through the feasibility, design, construction and handover phases.

• Developers / property companies who are looking to outsource the management and delivery of their projects;
• Funds / banks who are either investing directly in construction projects, or require confirmation that their investment through a third party is being utilised appropriately and prudently;
• Occupiers who require expert support in the delivery of one off projects or portfolios of real estate projects;

• Commercial refurbishment (including 'heavy refurbishment' ~ adding floors, recladding, infilling lightwells and rebuilding cores etc.)
