Retail and mixed use development comprising, 7 large retail units with car parking at roof level and service yard to the rear.  Adjacent 'Courtyard' with ground floor boutique retail units a mix of commercial space and residential units above.  Works completed Autumn 2009.  Enabling work project in 2010 to convert three units into two for incoming tenants Boots and Argos

Challenge

 

Integrating the requirements of the tenants as they sign up, including Next, New Look and Brantano.  Post construction completion, assisting Parkridge and their legal team, in extended negotiations with Boots and Argos who took up space in Q4 2010.
