JJ2 become a preferred consultant for Candy and Candy
JJ2 Project Consulting have qualified with the high end residential developer, Candy and Candy as a preferred consultant for project and cost management services. We look forward to working with Candy and Candy later in the year.
JJ2 assisting The Lorenz Consultancy
JJ2 are working with The Lorenz Consultancy (a leading London commercial property advisor), to assist them provide project and cost management to their clients, in addition to their other services.

Our first project with Lorenz is to project and cost management the fit out of office space for Citylink Telecommunications in Grosvenor Gardens in Victoria. Citylink have won the contract to upgrade the communications sytems on London Underground and need to be operational in their new offices in 5 weeks!
Oxford Street project starts on site at last!
After many months sorting out legal negotiations with incumbent tenants, neighbours and others, work has finally started on site. Look out for the scaffold going up and the JJ2 boards on the corner of Harewood Place and Oxford St shortly. Jerram Falkus Limited will be the main contractor on this complex £5m refurbishment scheme. For more on this project see the project profile page elsewhere in this website.
Finam and Frey - 125 Old Broad Street
JJ2 have been appointed to liaise with the landlord to gain approval for the proposed fit out of the top floor of the recently refurbished Old Stock Exchange building into a corporate office, dealer and meeting room space for two clients: Russian Broker, Finam and Hedge Fund, Frey.
Justerini and Brooks (Diageo Group)
Following recent feasibility studies, cost and space analysis; JJ2 are to lead project and cost management activities for the refurbishment and re-stack works to the
Taleo - Chiswick Park
JJ2 took on the contract management role, on behalf of a niche fit-out contractor, overseeing works to create a contemporary space for a US based software company. The works were completed in just 5 weeks allowing the client to move in on time.

High End Residential Scheme
JJ2 are currently monitoring a significant residential scheme for a private individual in Surrey. The role involves a funder appointed cost and programme monitoring role for a 20,000 sq/ft new build with a construction cost of £6m.
