JV with Malcolm Hollis to provide PM on refurbishment of City Tower

We are providing the specialist project management input on the multi million pound refurbishment of the building services infrastructure at City Tower at 40 Basinghall Street, recently purchased by Great Portland Estates.

 

Working with SeeTickets again

Following the successful project to consolidate SeeTickets into 2 floors at their Soho Square offices we have now been appointed for a follow on project to refurbish their reception and prepare one of the upper floors for sub-letting. 

 

Retail work in Wiltshire

Acting for Parkridge Developments we are leading negotiations with Boots and Argos and project managing the £250,000 of enabling works required to facilitate their stores moving into at The Gateway Shopping Centre in Trowbridge. 

 

JJ2 go international!

We are working with on a project for lawyers, Olswang to fit out 10,000ft2 in Madrid in the 50 storey Torre de Cristal (on the left below).  We are currently managing the design and procurement process and work should start on site within a matter of weeks to allow an autumn occupation.

 


 

More work in the Legal Sector

Olswang have retained us to manage the refresh of the client facing areas on the top floor of their Holborn offices.  As well as renewing finishes we will be working to incorporate a business lounge into the space.


 

...and working in the public sector

We are working with Sheppard Robson Architects (ID:SR) and JGA (Fire Engineers) to carry out a feasibility study for a London Council.This exercise will establish whether they can accommodate greater occupancy in a specific building, and hence rationalise their estate. JJ2 are undertaking the budget costing element of the report.


Oxford Street project starts on site at last!

After many months sorting out legal negotiations with incumbent tenants, neighbours and others, work has finally started on site on the corner of Oxford Street and Harewood Place.  The scaffold wrap is complete and the building now sports the JJ2 board!. Jerram Falkus Limited are the main contractor on this complex £5m refurbishment scheme.  For more on this project see the project profile page elsewhere in this website.

 

 Justerini and Brooks (Diageo Group)  

Following recent feasibility studies, cost and space analysis; JJ2 are to lead project and cost management activities for the refurbishment and re-stack works to the London office's of Justerini and Brooks (a member of the Diageo group of companies).  Works have just been completed.

 


High End Residential Scheme  

JJ2 are currently monitoring a significant residential scheme for a private individual and funding bank in Surrey. The role involves a cost and programme monitoring role for a 20,000sq/ft new build residence with a construction cost of £7m.
