A natural team leader with excellent communication skills, energy, a 'can-do' attitude and a good listener.  With 25 years' experience in large scale refurbishment projects (many with tenants in occupation), corporate fit out, retail, mixed use and technical projects, Jez has operated client-side and delivery-side in both senior management and commercial roles

Jez graduated from Reading University and has a commercial / QS background, starting his career in main contracting working with Lovells for 10 years (where he gained his ARICS) and ISG Interior Exterior for 8 years, initially in commercial roles before moving into project management on large and complex projects in the late 1990's. 

Crossing into a consultancy role, Jez joined Capita Symonds to lead their London project management team dealing with corporate occupiers.  During his time in this role Jez managed teams responsible for the £24m refurbishment of a major European bank in Broadgate, the fit out of Eversheds London office, restacking and refurbishing the main trading floors for another major international bank, and winning the national PM framework for the BBC.

Before setting up JJ2, Jez worked for CNP (Chisholm Nurser & Partners), heading up their Project Management, QS and CDM services across the country. 

Outside work, as well as being a parent to two teenage boys, Jez is a school Governor and a STEM ambassador (promoting science and maths based careers to school children)
