Justin's extensive and varied experience combined with his excellent technical skills, make him a natural team leader and enables him to foresee and avoid problems.

 

Background:

  

Justin has a building services background, starting his career in mechanical and electrical contracting, prior to working for ISG Interior Exterior managing the design and installation of services on many complex projects ranging from heavy refurbishment to corporate fit-out.

Upon leaving the contracting arena, he joined Capita Symonds as an Associate Director in their London project management team, where he had responsibility for the BBC framework account and lead roles in high specification fit out projects.

Most recently, Justin was an Associate Director with CNP, during which time he was primary lead for clients such as Great Portland Estates and Amsprop.

 

Role:

 

Taking leadership of an individual project, Justin seeks to understand the clients key project goals and setting the robust strategy to achieve them. 

Justin will ensure the project is provided with a structure and that you as Client are kept both informed and protected.  He will ensure risks are identified and mitigated before materialising, and he maintains overall responsibility for the success of the project.
