Business Environment (serviced office provider trading as BE Offices).

 

Works            

 

Refurbishment of 65,000sq ft of commercial space above a live bank, including extensive structural works to form new lift, stair and toilet cores.  Works have almost completed (Nov 2009) allowing the serviced offices to be available for rent from January 2010.

 

Challenge

 

Managing the costs and works which are being run on a quasi construction management basis, not to mention keeping the Bank in operation whilst major structural works are carried out above them.
