The partners have been involved in the fit out of over 2 million square foot of commercial space in their careers to date; with projects ranging in size from 3,000 sq ft to 300,000sq ft. Working in sectors such as legal, trading, banking and media.
In one of our recent roles, we have taken that experience and worked with a repeat business client, assisting them to open an office in Madrid. We are carried out the combined project / cost management and contract administration roles associated with fitting out the 32nd floor of the 50 floor Torre de Cristal tower in Madrid. We are currently working with the same client in Paris and in London.

Cat B fit out of 32nd floor of Torre De Cristal tower for new Madrid office by Olswang. Works to include cellurised and open plan office areas, break out areas, meeting rooms, video conference rooms and other 'front of house' areas.
Challenge
Working abroad with different regulations combined with delivery of project through the Spanish summer shut down as one of the first tenants in a new landmark building.
